Instructions

Enter the certificate details, add recipient names, and optionally upload a spreadsheet for bulk generation. You can customise the certificate wording, select a visual theme, and generate print-ready certificates instantly.

Certificate Details

These fields define the certificate header.

Recipients

Enter one recipient name per line and convert the list into a structured list to assign awards and scores. Alternatively, upload an Excel or CSV file containing participant names, awards, and scores.

Excel format instructions

Upload an Excel (.xlsx) file containing one row per student. The first row must contain column headings.

Required columns:

  • Name – student name
  • Award – award title
  • Score – numeric score (optional)

Column order does not matter. Extra columns are allowed but will be ignored.

Signature

Add a printed name, role, and organisation. You may also define the certificate location and issue date.

Advanced Options

Customise certificate colours and wording. Leave fields empty to use the recommended defaults.

Scores are optional. If no score is provided, the score section will be omitted from the certificate.
