Domain Scanner
Generate short domain name combinations by adding one or two letters before or after your keyword. The tool instantly checks each generated domain using live DNS lookups for the selected extension.
Instructions
Enter a keyword, choose whether it appears at the start or end of the domain, select variation strength, and choose a domain extension.
What Is a Domain Scanner?
A domain scanner helps users discover short potentially available domain names by automatically testing letter combinations before or after a chosen keyword.
Instead of manually checking hundreds of domains one by one, the scanner generates compact combinations such as keyword+aa through keyword+zz and performs live DNS availability checks.
How Domain Availability Checking Works
This tool checks domain availability using DNS record lookups. If a domain has active DNS records such as name server (NS) records, it is almost certainly registered and in use.
If no DNS records are found, the domain may be available. However, a domain without DNS records can still be registered but inactive, so final confirmation should always be performed with an official domain registrar.
Choosing a Good Domain Name
Strong domain names are typically short, memorable, and easy to spell. Many successful websites combine a main keyword with a descriptive or brandable term to create a unique name.
Examples include combining product names with words such as "hub", "lab", "base", "studio", or "online".
Why Domain Names Matter
Your domain name is the foundation of your online identity. A well-chosen domain improves brand recognition, builds trust with visitors, and makes it easier for users to remember and return to your website.
Businesses, startups, and content creators often spend significant time selecting the right domain name because it becomes a permanent part of their digital brand.
